Ca’ di Pesa Chianti Classico DOCG
Produced by Ca’ di Pesa in the Chianti Classico region reflect both the passion of the wine maker Diego Ciurletti and the terrior of Conco d’Oro.
93 points Antonio Galloni, Vinouis - 2015 L'Orcio's 2013 Chianti Classico Ca' di Pesa is fabulous. Rich, sumptuous and resonant in the glass, the 2013 is utterly captivating from the very first taste. The flavors are bold yet also beautifully delineated – especially for such an intense wine – while the French oak is better integrated than it has been in any other previous vintage. A host of rose petals, savory herb, mocha and spice add nuance to the finish. Readers should expect a broad, textured Chianti Classico that reflects the inherent intensity of the Conca d'Oro. That said, the summer of 2013 has a personality all its own.
