All Gocce Products are made using artisanal methods passed down from father to son for four generations using the raw materials grown directly by the family on their farm from 1871, namely the Grapes of Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Gocce Italiane represents Modenese tradition with its Balsamic Vinegars transferred and aged in wood barrels, but also innovation with flavored bittersweet condiments and glazes (truffle, cherry, fig, chili...), offering new sensations to the most demanding palates. They keep and hand down traditional family methods of grape must acetification to offer DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegars up to the very limited and precious family reserves aged for 50 years and more.
